GENERAL INFORMATION:

GlaxoSmithKline will host the third annual Johns Hopkins Malaria Research Institute Research Advances in Malaria conference at the GSK Medicines Development Campus in Tres Cantos, Spain on Thursday 2 June and Friday 3 June 2010. The two-day international meeting will address critical issues in malaria drug development from pre-clinical to clinical studies. The development of new drugs against novel targets is an urgent goal due to the ever increasing parasite resistance to existing drugs.
