Scientific Progress Reports

  1.     An Annual Progress Report is due 30 days prior to the ending date of the first year award.  Second year funding is contingent upon timely submission and successful review of the progress report.  Second year of funding is not automatic.

2.     A Final Progress Report is due two months after the award ends. One-year projects require only a final report.

3.     Reports should be on JHMRI 1st year Progress Report form or JHMRI Final Progress Report form which can also be found on the JHMRI website and should include research accomplishments, project status, future directions, and one copy of each published journal article that has resulted from the grant funding.
